This Master Agreement governs your participation as a "Garrison Member" of the AZIC Creative Resistance and your access to facilities at the Werth Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Housatonic Community College (HCC). By providing your digital signature, you agree to all sections contained herein.

SECTION A: CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to abide by all articles of the AZIC x HCC Garrison Member Code of Conduct (V2.0), which includes but is not limited to:

• Respect for all persons, property, and equipment.
• Adherence to all mandatory security check-in procedures upon every visit.
• Compliance with all rules regarding makerspace equipment, including the completion of mandatory training before use and the provision of your own consumable materials.
• Full acceptance of the **Waiver and Release of Liability**, releasing AZIC, HCC, and the CSCU system from all liability for injury or damages.

SECTION B: PHOTO, VIDEO, & AUDIO RELEASE

You grant **AZIC Laboratories** and its partners the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to record, photograph, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and any creative work you display (your "Appearance") during your participation in any AZIC-related activities or events. You further grant AZIC the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your Appearance in any and all media, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, and promotional videos, for the purpose of promoting AZIC and its mission. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release AZIC from any liability for any claims of libel, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.

SECTION C: MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Dues: Membership is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize AZIC to charge your provided payment method for these recurring fees.
2. Refund Policy: All membership fees are **non-refundable**. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months, unused time, or non-use of the facilities or services.
3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you must follow the cancellation procedure provided on the AZIC website or contact an AZIC staff member. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after your final billing period concludes.
4. Termination by AZIC: AZIC reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice or refund, for any violation of the Code of Conduct or other terms of this Master Agreement.

SECTION D: MEMBERSHIP TIERS & ENTITLEMENTS

The benefits, access levels, and services you are entitled to receive are strictly determined by your active membership tier.

Garrison Membership (Werth Center Access)

• Access to the Werth Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Housatonic Community College during designated AZIC operational hours.
• Ability to book and use makerspace equipment after completing mandatory training.
• Access to AZIC-hosted community events and workshops held at the Werth Center.

Virtual Office Membership

• Professional business mailing address at the AZIC HQ (once established).
• Mail and package handling services.
• Digital access to the AZIC community network and online events.

Community Pass Membership

• All benefits of the Virtual Office Membership.
• Hot-desk access to general co-working areas at the AZIC HQ (once established) during standard business hours.
• Access to member-only community events.

Dedicated Desk Membership

• All benefits of the Community Pass Membership.
• A permanent, reserved desk for your exclusive use at the AZIC HQ (once established).
• 24/7 access to the AZIC HQ facilities (once established).

Private Studio / Office Membership

• All benefits of the Dedicated Desk Membership.
• A fully-enclosed, lockable private office or studio space for you and your team at the AZIC HQ (once established).
