AZIC Mission Dossier
Prepared for: Dawn Nunn, Werth Center • Date: November 2025
Azic is building durable creative-economy infrastructure in Bridgeport and beyond. We architect systems, partnerships, and programs that enable creators to own their growth — while communities share in the upside.
Table of Contents
Executive Summary
Why Now: The current attention economy extracts value from creators. Azic flips the script with ownership, local infrastructure, and aligned capital.
What We Do: Incubators, partnership networks, and cultural events that convert creativity into community wealth.
The Mission
We use a mission narrative to drive clarity and participation: our community are Operatives; our HQ is Mission Control; and our large initiatives are Operations. The “Labs → Sky” directive guides design and strategy — from grounded execution to expansive vision.
Mission Statement: Architect the systems, partnerships, and programs that let creators thrive sustainably — with shared prosperity built into the model.

- Built operational frameworks, brand system, and event infrastructure with no external capital.
- Established high-value relationships (e.g., Werth Center board connections) and an active sponsor pipeline.
